About Dr. Williams

Dr. Williams is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered surgical care and has a particular passion for trauma surgery, surgical education, and global health. Her experiences range from managing trauma patients during surgical sub-internships and ICU rotations to conducting clinical research and participating in surgical mission work around the world. Through years of mentorship, volunteerism, and community engagement, she has developed a service-oriented approach that emphasizes compassion, resilience, and lifelong learning.

Outside the OR

Outside of medicine, Dr. Williams enjoys spending time with her miniature dachshund and can often be found hiking with friends and their dogs. She also enjoys baking intricate desserts, particularly macarons and specialty cheesecakes. Her passion for global health has taken her on medical mission trips to Haiti, Liberia, and Belize, experiences that continue to inspire her commitment to serving patients in resource-limited communities. Growing up working on her family’s farm taught her resilience, teamwork, and a strong work ethic that continue to guide her approach to surgery today.
